Windows 11 no internet connection on WiFi or Ethernet

My windows 11 pc was turned off for a couple of weeks, since turning it back on I have no internet on either WiFi or Ethernet, I have updated the bios which didn’t change anything, there’s a lot of windows updates that need installing but can’t be installed due to this, I have updated all network drivers, however when trying to troubleshoot network and internet it just comes up saying “this file does not have an app associated with it”. On the taskbar it says connected with internet however it won’t connect and my other pc and all my other devices connect perfectly fine, any help much apprecia
