Windows 11 Network Shares Change

My partner and I share an office. Our computers are positioned about 10 feet from each other. We often share files and have had our PCs setup so that we can easily load files from either PC running Windows 11.We even have a third PC running Windows 10 that we have all of its drives shared and we use as a makeshift file server/media server.I even have network volumes mounted in Explorer to specific drives for easy access.About two weeks ago, my partner was having problems seeing my computer on the network though nothing had changed on either PC.We tried all the troubleshooting steps and ensured
