Windows 11 Network and Boot Issues

After installing windows 11, my network connections disappear. My wifi card may be faulty so I disabled it and use ethernet. When I reboot, windows 11 re-enables wifi card and loses networks every time. Also, I keep having boot q-code error 58. Any help would be great.
