Hello,I need .NET Frameworks 2.0 on a new Windows 11 System without internet.I have download the following Offline Installer:https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/net35-sp1The installer stops with the Error Code 0x8024402C.(0x8024402C - The proxy server or target server name cannot be resolved)Why do I get a Proxy Server Error with a offline Installer?
