Windows 11: my desktop wallpaper goes black randomly

Hi! This problem started to happen during my last windows 11 update, which if I'm not mistaken was first avalaible in the day July 27th, 2024, and as I said in the title the problem happens randomly: so some days when I turn it on my notebook the wallpaper is there just fine, but other days (like today) it goes black.When the problem first happened I tried to simply restart the system and the wallapaper was back to being displayed just fine.The second time I had to restart Windows Explorer and it worked just fine.But now now not even restarting Windows Explorer works anymore, I simply have to
