Windows 11 microsoft store not downloading anything and is stuck on pending instead

I just got a new pc so that i could use windows 11 and now Microsoft store just won't download anything. I'm trying to download the xbox app and it just says pending and never does anything. I've tried wsreset, powerchell, and resetting through settings. Please help
