Windows 11 Microsoft Store icons missing.

OS: Windows 11 22H2 x64Recently I noticed any applications installed from the Microsoft store will not show it's app icon on the taskbar. The one showed in the image below is settings, yes THE windows settings app. The one to the left of that is Spotify. I have restarted, checked for windows updates, cleared cache, ran disk management, storage sense and sfc /scannowAs well as this, the windows thumbnail cache seems to be partially corrupted as well, .png files don't show a thumbnail. Nor do .svg's but .jpeg files DO show thumbnails which is perculiar.
