Windows 11 memory problem

Hello, I recently switched to the Windows 11 2H24 version and since then I get this error when the PC boots or when I open too many programs, even though I have 16 GB of RAM, which is too much for the program I use, I get the same error and the PC goes to the blue screen of death.I did everything necessary to scan the PC for viruses (cmd commands, msrt, antivirus) I also did commands like disk check, ram check and dism cleaning.Here is the Screenshot of the error: Gyazo
