We found Windows 11 default Media Player can NOT play MPEG1/2 which only video and file size is smaller than 3M.We tried following MPEG1/2 data
1) MPEG1 data which has only video and file size is 2.54M. -> can NOT be play in Windows 11 default Media Player(2) MPEG1 data which has only video and file size is 4.34M. -> OK, can be play.(3) MPEG2 data which has video + audio and file size is 1.16M. -> OK, can be play.(4) MPEG2 data which has only video and file size is 1.03M.(we remove the audio from above 3) -> can NOT be play in Windows 11 default Media Play
