Windows 11 management apps have strange contrast colors (services, lusrmgr.msc, ...)

I have an issue that I have unconformatable contrast combination of colors when I sellect elements in table in services tab or lusrmgr.msc users tabs. I have Windows 11 Enterprise 24H2 26100.2314.I want to have normal colors as before (I have a laptop with Windows 11 Pro and it has normal colors not this like).Windows 10 Services tabs looks normal.
