Windows 11 - Looks like windows didn't load correctly - Blue Screen

I have had the Recover Blue Screen (attached). It comes up regularly. I usually just restart the computer as can't be bothered looking in to the other options.Windows 11 is installed and Microsoft 365 (Office) installedWhen I go into APPS it has OneNote for Windows 10 so unsure if Windows 10 hasn't been completed removed. It installed Windows 11 at one of the factory resets that it has done in the last 6 months for no apparent reason.The computer is a Dell Inspiron 14 5000 2-in-1It has done this many times and has gone to a factory reset 3 times now in 6 months!!Very frustrating.
