Windows 11 Login screen won’t appear after changing somthing in registery

Hi, my windows 11 login screen is blank, when I try to troubleshoot or get into the troubleshoot menu I get a blue screen of death, I think I changed. Somthing in the run files to be full read, My pc cannot be logged in.
