I have a Lenovo IdeaPad3 with Windows 11. I have used the PIN login for the past 18 months that I have had the computer. This evening, on start up, the login screen asked for a password, not a PIN, and did not have an option to switch to PIN login. My Microsoft password does not work when I enter it in the space for the password. As a result, I cannot get into my laptop. I've gotten into Windows Recovery Environment but when I try to boot in Safe Mode, I get a lockscreen asking for my password. I am completely stuck and would appreciate any help to fix this so that I can access my laptop!
