I'm locked out of my computer. I have always used a PIN to sign in. My laptop went to sleep mode after I transfered all my phone data/pictures etc to the laptop and when the login screen came up it was asking for my microsoft account sign in instead of a PIN. I signed in with my microsoft account credentials and am immediately prompted to set up hello PIN. So I clicked next and received "Error something went wrong we werent able to set up your PIN" you can try again or skip this step and set up a PIN later.
