Windows 11 Lenovo shows battery charging while not plugged in

Hello, I am a student from my middle school with an issue about my school computer. My laptop shows that it's charging but it's not plugged in right now. I tried asking my sister and she said to restart it, but I already did that like 3-4 times. Please help me, I need to get my school work done.
