Windows 11 last update interferes with Software

A few months after the Windows update my Lenovo Idea Pad 3 suddenly had some software issues: Bluetooth, WLAN, USB ports, and Fingerprint button all stopped working. I tried reinstalling the software and after that did not work I tried to reinstall the Windows and stopped the updates. It still made the last updates and now I`m back to square 1. I receive no errors, USB ports just stop working and WLAN and Bluetooth just disappear from the menu like the laptop does not have those components. Should I switch back to Windows 10?Thank you!
