Windows 11 laptop randomly asked for but locker code, screen timed out and now I can't log in

When I turn it on, it will not activate face unlock and asks for pin. It says pin isn't available (code:0xd0000225). If I set up pin it does the same thing again. Third attempt it promos you to send a code to your email to reset. I've been trying for 7 days it will not send me the code. I called the help number they hung up saying they cannot help with passwords and told me to go to a website. You can't fix it from that site either. I called back and they hung up again.
