Windows 11 laptop powering on a Bluetooth device that is powered off

I have a Lenovo Yoga 7 running Windows 11. I have a Sony STR-DH190 stereo receiver with Bluetooth. First of all, the Bluetooth software the laptop came with wasn't working with the receiver. The playback speed of the audio was slowed down. I believe this is a known bug that isn't being fixed natively, but this application made that issue go away. To the issue at hand: when Bluetooth is turned on for the laptop, and the stereo receiver is powered off, when laptop wakes up or is turned on or restarted, it will power on the stereo receiver.
