Windows 11 laptop freezing

Hello! I have a Dell XPS 13 laptop with an intel I7 10th generation processor. The computer was left alone for about a month and when I reopened it to use it, it would freeze in the middle of something and would have to be restarted. I could use it for about 2 minutes before it froze again. Whenever it froze, the fan would spin up very fast and sometimes sounded like a car engine revving. Here's what I've done so far: 1. Removed and reinstalled the CMOS battery 2. Did the OS repair tool that comes up when you interrupt the boot sequence three times2. Booted into safe mode 3. observed temps; th
