Windows 11 Laptop Freezing Randomly

Hello All,I've been facing this issue recently: my laptop would suddenly freeze, usually not long after booting up. Sometimes it happens quickly within 2 minutes of start up, or sometimes after 1 hour when I randomly click on a video on Google Chrome.During the freeze, the entire system becomes completely hanged, and neither the mouse nor the keyboard works.There is left no other option but to force a hard shutdown.
