Windows 11 keyboard troubleshooting is missing?

I'm having issues with my USB keyboard after a botched attempt at installing a joystick.All the usual key (letters, numbers, etc) don't work unless I press several other keys at the same time; but the unique buttons (volume, brightness, calculator) all work fine.I wanted to run the Keyboard Troubleshooter in System/Troubleshoot/Other troubleshooters, but... it's not there.the option for "Keyboard" is missing entirely from the "Other" list.
