Windows 11 / Keyboard layout

Hi.First, my apologize for being a bit short and for the possible spelling issues.I am currently using my keyboard + OSK because some characters are not available on my keyboard.So my OS is Windows 11 Home - everything is up to date. I downloaded and installed a french language pack.But most non alpha-numerical characters are not working (I need to use OSK to type «can‘t» otherwise I will get «canêt»)If I go to Settings -> Time and language -> Language and Region I can see two things :- French (France) : Language pack - text-to-speech- handwritting - basic writting - English (US) : Same
