Windows 11 keeps freezing.

Hi, so I saved up and bought a powerful gaming pc with a lot of RAM about a year and a half ago. I only play Sims 4 on it but with 324GB of content in my mods folder. The sad thing is that my pc will freeze randomly during game play. However, it also has frozen up once while just scrolling the internet without having Sims 4 open. So, I am unsure whether or not this is a PC thing or if my game is messing stuff up since the only time I am ever on this computer is to play sims.This has been an issue for over a month, and I have looked into countless forums.
