Windows 11 keeps freezing but mouse still moves but cant do anything.

While playing DOTA2 or other games the application suddenly freeze and mouse is working fine (while i can still talk to my friends on DISCORD) but entire system freeze and you need to manually restart to get back to the game but the problem still persists...Even if I am not playing just surfing the internet while listening to Spotify the open apps suddenly freeze while the mouse is active and keyboard as well and when this happen i try to restart the pc using the restart button on the windows OS but it wont finish the restart i have waited for almost an entire day but the restart fails and in
