Windows 11 keep adding keyboard layouts that I did not select

Another long time problem I've had with Win 11. Ever since I purchased a new notebook with Win 11 I have, as on any of my computers, set up my two languages (Australian English and Czech) and for each a single keyboard. For a totally unknown reason and randomly, Windows add a UK English keyboard layout to the list which DOES NOT appear in the list of added keyboards in Settings so I can't even remove it.
