Windows 11 issues after sleep mode

I’m currently using Windows 11 Enterprise and have been experiencing issues waking my system from sleep mode and logging in. I have a three-monitor setup, and the screens continuously flicker and go black until I type something and press Enter, which brings up the password screen. After logging in, I sometimes encounter problems such as my screen display becoming oversized or black, corrupted desktop icons, or my desktop icons moving to a different monitor despite my main screen being configured otherwise.
