Windows 11 issue pops up out of no where.

So about 7-9 days ago I started having an issue where while playing a game my audio would go all distorted, my screen would freeze and my PC would restart, Eventually I figured out in event viewer the issue was this: A fatal hardware error has occurred.Reported by component: Processor CoreError Source: Machine Check ExceptionError Type: Cache Hierarchy ErrorProcessor APIC ID: 1The details view of this entry contains further information.I can also provide a
