Windows 11 ISO - Can't Download

Hi all, Anyone else getting this message when they are trying to download the newest windows 11 iso? "ErrorWe are unable to complete your request at this time. Some users, entities and locations are banned from using this service. For this reason, leveraging anonymous or location hiding technologies when connection to the service is not generally allowed. "I amusing the most recent version of chrome, nothing that anonymizes me, and others in my org are getting the same message. I am also unable to upload a screenshot, though that may be unrelated.
