Windows 11 is turning off my external harddrives DESPITE I ordered it to never do it on the Power Plan options

Windows is trash and malware, we know it. But now Windows is killing the lifecycle of my harddrives because it turns them off against my will. Turning them on again and agan and again every 3 minutes kills the lifecycle of my external harddrives because the motor is getting used up. This happens in my two computers, so it is not a problem of the config of just one. As you can see in the image, it is programmed to never turn the hard diks. How can I fix it? If there is a fix, because now I think Windows 11 just wants me to suffer forever.
