Windows 11 is causing many problems. The windows update history does not show the Windows 11 upgrade or install so that I can downgrade to Windows 10

Windows 11 is causing too many problems to continue using it. I want to downgrade back to Windows 10 without having to reinstall all my programs. When I check the Windows 11 update history, there is no item showing for Windows 11 Upgrade, or Windows 11 Install. The only thing showing is a Cumulative Windows 11 update dated 3-15-22. (I did do a reset of Windows 11 since I was having so many issues with it.)Is it still possible to downgrade to Windows 10 without reinstalling all my programs?
