Windows 11 is blocking a game from connecting to a game server or something??????

I just built a 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700KF (20 CPUs), ~3.6GHzMemory: 32 gigs RAM AMD Radeon RX 580 8 gig GPU. So, I upgraded windows 10 pro to windows 11 pro. I like to play a game WGT TopGolf on Steam. Since, I have upgraded to Win11 the WGT Golf game will not connect to the server to run the game. I have tried uninstalling it, clearing the registry, reinstalling it, verifying the game files, running as admin, clearing the reshade cache, adding the app to the app files under graphics, adding the app to my norton exception list.
