Windows 11 Internet Slow and Drops

So, when I first got my pc I would get 30mbp download, then I started getting about 10 and internet started dropping randomly but this only happens with my pc so it's not an internet problem. I upgraded to windows 11 and it went back to 30 but a couple days later went back to 10 and the issue came back. Then I downgraded to windows 10 and it fixed itself for a couple of days then it happened again and I again upgraded to windows 11 which fixed the issue for a couple of days. Clearly it's a windows problem and not a hardware if this issue fixes every time I reset it and only happens on my PC. M
