Windows 11 installed but HP Support assistant keeps detecting Windows 10

I'm trying to download the IRST driver on the support site and it shows the above and it won't let me download the driver or say I have W11. I'm trying to boot to the W11 USB created in Microsoft I'm getting an error. I've been advised to install the IRST driver as VMD shutoff isn't in the Bios. HP TE-01 0034
