WINDOWS 11 installation has failed 16 times!

I went to do a clean install on my system due to it being very unresponsive. I backed everything up I needed. Made sure secure boot is enabled, all drives and every removed except the mouse and keyboard, updated the BIOS to Asus Z790 latest (2801). I have tried 5 different m.2 drives, with 2 of them being out of the box brand new. I even reset the TPM to erase any conflicting data and then went out and bought two different 64gb flash drives and a SECOND windows 11 key from BestBuy. 7 hours and 14 tries later.... NOTHING. Windows 11 Pro was running on this system for 2 years! So, what gives?!
