Windows 11 installation fails at 10%

I have the exact same issue as this guy that already asked a question and got an answer. However nobody found the answer helpful and I didnt understand what to do. "I recently purchased a 2tb Samsung m.2 and wanted to install windows 11 on it. I previously had a Sandisk 500gb ssd that had windows 11 on it but I completely removed it from the computer before attempting to install windows 11 onto the new m.2.
