Windows 11 Installation Assistant keeps failing with error code 0xc00000f0, what does this mean?

After updating all drivers and installing all windows updates necessary to run the windows 11 installation assistant, installation reaches about 79% usually and this error code "0xc00000f0" appears. I have changed necessary bios settings, reset computer etc and I am still receiving the same error. Anyone know how to fix this?Currently running Windows 10 trying to update to Windows 11 without losing all of my data on C drive.
