Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26120.3073 (ge_release_upr) will not download ?

Hi all, I have been trying to update the above, initially it would go to 8% of download and then fail any subsequent downloading also fails, I'm at a loss with this. I have enough room on my drive which is a SSD of 4TB with 790 GB free.
