Recently, I've been getting this problem of an infinite blue wheel on my cursor, and although I can just fix that by changing the sprite of the loading mouse to the normal one in driver settings, I also can't left click any pop up options on my desktop or when i right click things in my file explorer. For example, for the past few days, I haven't been able to normally shut down my computer at the end of each day. I start by left clicking the windows button, which works. Then I left click the power button, which also works. However, when I try to then choose any options, such as Shut Down, Rest
