Windows 11 incessantly asks me to change my password

No clue why, but windows keeps prompting me to change my password. Not talking about every 3 months, I mean pretty much every time I try to download an app or access most MS products.It took me 20 minutes to even sign in to post this question, because I had to change my password 3 times before I could get to this page. I tried contacting MS support, but got stuck in a "change your password" loop and eventually kept getting "this request is blocked" messages.This issue started about a month ago.
