WINDOWS 11 in s mode Winrt--5-1-5-21-3045678

I just got a laptop with windows 11 in s mode and it is acting weird almost like Windows 7. I ONLY say that because whenbm I tried to do a factory reset itnm shows windows 7. I noticed when tried to do a factory reset and when it restarted a windows stop error a cured with a error code drivers verifier dma violation and won't reset the laptop. Also it shows winrt --S-1-5-21-3045678-2111645-1217105386-1002]-se but cuts off so I can't see the rest. as search connector. I bought this thing yesterday and it seems like weird. Can anyone help me?
