Windows 11 in a VirtualBox VM disables sign-in due to repeated shutdowns

I have multiple VBox Windows 11 VMs that I've been using for many months. Within the last month (after a Windows update?) all VMs have been displaying the 'Sign-in Option is disabled' notice which has been reported for 2+ yrs.The overwhelming majority of proposed remedies are either: (1) wait 2 hours (maybe more?), or (2) modify the security account policies to avoid failed log-ins. While remedy #2 works for for failed log-ins, my use case involves pen-tests of these VMs - meaning they are subject to being powered down and restarted multiple times a day.Is there a remedy that will enable Wind
