Windows 11 ignores request to delete font

I need to delete Helvetica font from Window 11. It is causing problems with a piece of software.If Helvetica is not available it defauts to Helvetica Neue which is presentIf follow the instructions: Settings - personalisation- fonts - Helvetica Press 3 dotsUninstallNothing happens and it is still there.Any solutions please.
