Windows 11 Hyper V VM Unable to connect to Internet

My host computer is Windows 11 23H2. I am running a hyper VM that also is Windows 11. The VM will not connect to the internet. Here is what I have tried:It is important to note that this VM was working perfectly fine a week prior.
