Windows 11: How do I remove my email, name and administrator information being displayed under accounts?

Hi,When I go to settings>accounts>sign-in options my name and email is displayed in the upper left corner. I do not want this information available. There is a toggle switch that states: show account details such as my email address on the sign in screen. I have this setting Turned Off. The information still remains. I have never set up a local account. In fact, I have never heard of the term until I started searching for an answer to my question. In addition, under Accounts it shows I am the administrator. I did not know that my Microsoft Account password is the same as my PC l
