Windows 11 - How can you add a "ToolBar" to the "taskbar" like in Windows 10??

In Windows 10 you could create a folder with documents in it and then attach that to the taskbar and with one click access that document without having to open and close entire folders. This was EXTREMELY time saving and productiveIn Windows 11 this is GONE. there is a work around that let's you get a folder there BUT it doesnt work the same way. you have to open the folder like File Explorer click the program and then go back and close the Folder itself. VERY annoying. anyone have any ideas???In Windows 11 there is
