Windows 11 home Ver 21H2 Build 22000.2176, trying to use a network printer on Windows 10 Home V 22H2 Build 19045.3208.

Windows 11 home Ver 21H2 Build 22000.2176, trying to use a network printer on Windows 10 Home V 22H2 Build 19045.3208. The 11 computer can see the printer on the network when I select by name. When I select next after a few seconds I get Windows cannot connect to printer. Details shows Operation failed with error 0x0000011b. I've restarted spooler on the server. Don't know what else to try. I've been able to use the optical drive on the server to move data files, so I know they are "connected".
