Windows 11 Home upgrade to Windows 11 Pro

I have had a license for Home. I went to the Microsoft store to upgrade to the pro version. I was charged for the pro version. It would not let me install. Tried to upgrade using the generic product code, would not work. Downloaded Windows 11 Pro from the Create Media Tool, erased entire PC and it now will not activate. Please help
