Firstly, I don't recall having this problem after installing Windows 11. This is kind of difficult to explain. While I am using software, or playing a PC game, or any activity that I perform on my PC and is at full screen, and when I mouse over the lower center area of the Multi-Desktop bar on the desktop, my mouse reticle becomes busy. When I have to mouse-click on the area or type anything, this pulls me out of the program I am running to the Desktop as if I pressed Alt-Tab. This happens to me when using any program.
