Windows 11 home opgrade error code erro 0x80070490 and 0x803fa067

Hi I can't update from win 11 home to pro in win 11, I have an acer with win 11 home installed and would like to update to pro version, have valid key, I am not able to do this, get error code 0x80070490, and then code 0x803fa067, have run error fixes.
