Windows 11 Home Explorer slow and not responding

Hi,So as mentioned in the title my OS or rather, Window's Explorer is really slow. In others words, I cannot use Windows Explorer to browse my HDD / SDD. Explorer will "hang". I'll see a wait cursor and a "not responding" if I click on any folder I want to access to.
